Tutoring

The District permits tutoring of District students by District teachers and other instructional staff, and their near relatives, in accordance with Pennsylvania’s Code of Professional Practice and Conduct for Educators. Teachers and other instructional staff must disclose to their principal that they are tutoring District students prior to providing the tutoring. A list of disclosed tutors is included at the bottom of School Board Policy 353. Families seeking a GVSD tutor are encouraged to consult the policy and its accompanying list.
